Jami Avellini, MD

Dr. Jami Avellini is a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist and co-founder of Esteem by JEKT, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in women’s health and surgical precision. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and pursuit of excellence, she is passionate about helping women feel confident, empowered, and beautiful—inside and out.

Blending her background in advanced gynecologic surgery with cutting-edge aesthetic treatments, Dr. Jami offers a holistic, science-backed approach to beauty and wellness. At Esteem, she specializes in personalized treatments that enhance natural beauty, restore balance, and promote overall well-being—all with the skill and care that have defined her medical career.

A proud resident of Center Valley Pennsylvania, Dr. Jami enjoys life with her husband, two sons, two dogs, and four lively chickens. Outside the clinic, she loves reading, running, staying active on her Peloton, and spending time with family and friends. Her mission is simple: to help every woman look and feel her absolute best.

Dr. Liz Corbo is a board-certified pediatric neurologist with special qualifications in child neurology and epilepsy. Her deep expertise in neuroanatomy gives her a unique advantage in aesthetic medicine, allowing her to approach facial rejuvenation with scientific precision and an artistic eye for balance and symmetry.

Blending her medical background with creativity, Dr. Liz brings a meticulous, thoughtful approach to every treatment. Her passion for aesthetics is fueled by the same precision and artistry she applies to her other creative outlet—cake design—where she transforms simple elements into beautiful, intricate results.

With a compassionate, patient-centered style shaped by years in pediatrics, Dr. Liz is dedicated to making every client feel understood, cared for, and confident. Now in her 40s, she personally values the importance of aging gracefully and feeling empowered in your own skin—a philosophy she brings to every client interaction.

Outside the med spa, Dr. Liz continues to practice pediatric neurology and cherishes her role as a wife and mother to two daughters. At Esteem by JEKT of the Lehigh Valley, her goal is to combine science, creativity, and empathy to help you look and feel your absolute best.

Katherine M. Thompson, DO

Aesthetics has been a passion of hers for quite some time as it is a perfect blend of her background in the sciences and arts. Before pursuing medicine, Dr. Katie trained extensively in dance, mastering grace, discipline, and anatomical precision. This early foundation in dance instilled a profound understanding of the human body-its biomechanics, symmetry, and expressive potential- which seamlessly translates into her approach to aesthetic treatments. Blending the precision of medical science with the artistry of aesthetics, Dr. Katie specializes in non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures that enhance natural beauty while preserving individuality.

Dr. Katie earned her bachelor's degree in biology at Villanova University where she was also a member of their dance team. She went on to earn her medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at St. Luke’s University Health Network. She is currently board-certified in both family medicine and obesity medicine. Her journey into aesthetics started several years ago where she is certified and physician trained in many noninvasive procedures. As a physician, she finds it essential to have ongoing education to keep up to date with the latest medical advances.
